Children's Museum and Christmas program

Here's more pictures...first up, the Children's Museum.  It's impressive, but I enjoyed the Vegas one better.  Though this one has a larger water area.

This was Braelyn racing a golf ball down this track.
Braelyn being a vet in the "town" area.
I think she's trying to power something on a bike here.  Her legs weren't really long enough.
She worked in a restaurant in the "town" section.

Addison playing with the golf ball.  That was my other complaint, there wasn't a lot for toddlers, and Braelyn wouldn't have been allowed in the toddler area.
Face painting!  She wanted to be a pink cat.
Braelyn needed to paint my face too.

These next pictures are ones that we cherish.  Braelyn actually playing soccer, not crying about it, and having fun.  The rest of the games did not go this well. (She's #5)

Addison had fun at the games (I think she might have been the only one)
This also may have been the game where there were the most kids, because she actually had to sit out not by her own choice.

There was a Lil' Pioneers cheer camp she went to one Saturday too...sorry some of these are blurry.

And finally, Addison's Christmas program.  This is before the program.  This is not what Braelyn wore to her program.  Braelyn's program was the morning of the 18th, but we didn't take pictures.  Nate and I had to stand on the side of the gym because I had to leave early since my finals were being given, and Nate got there late since he had to proctor a final right before it.  But she did a great job, and sang and said her stuff really well.  Addison on the other hand, just stood there.
This is really blurry, but Addison is on the end.  She was excited to see us.
Addison is right next to the girl whose head is turned around looking at the boys in the back.  She looked like that the entire time.
I did take a short video of Addison's class's part in the program, but quite honestly, she looks exactly the same as right here, so not sure it adds anything to your knowledge of the program. :)

Update with lots of pictures...

So we have obviously been busy since last Christmas, which I think was the last time I posted.

Things have happened...we went to Disneyland in the spring, Addison had her 2nd birthday, and we moved to Houston.  So I was going to post about the girls' Christmas programs and realized there was more to this...

So first up, Disneyland.  We met almost every character we could except Donald.
Braelyn was not shy about hugging them.  Addison did not like them.

 This is the Royal Friend.
 Belle

We had to meet Minnie twice, once at her house.  I'm pretty sure we could have met her three times.
The petting zoo area was a big hit.
Both the girls liked the rides this time.  Addison was not overly scared.

We tried to get Addison a first time button.  It was also really really hot.
 Addison's Minnie ears.
Braelyn got Elsa Mickey ears, of course.  We sat for a while waiting for the afternoon parade.  There was also a night parade that was lit up.  It was really cool.
Cruella DeVille came during our wait for the parade.
 Sisters!

Now for Addison's second birthday.  Braelyn enjoyed it because she got to help Addison open presents.  We gave her a doctor set so she could be like Braelyn.
 I think this is a movie?  I don't remember.
 Mickey and Minnie dolls.
Blowing out the candles!  This was a couple of weeks before we moved.
I do not have pictures of the move as I think Nate put most of them on his phone.  I'll have to see if I have some of them from the cloud or something.

First day of school for all of us (except Addison, I think this was her second week at daycare)

I'll do another post with more pictures.  We still have pictures of our visit to the Houston Children's Museum and some Christmas program pictures (and video...it's captivating, really) of Addison's program.
